Please read them carefully before using our services.


1. Booking Terms

  • A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all travelers at check-in and during travel where required.

  • Accepted IDs may include:

    • Passport

    • Driving Licence

    • Voter ID Card

    • Aadhaar Card (where accepted by service providers)

  • PAN Card may not be accepted as a valid identity proof for travel and hotel check-ins.

  • All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of full or required advance payment and issuance of confirmation by Destination Cart.

  • If a selected hotel, flight, activity, or service becomes unavailable, Destination Cart reserves the right to provide a comparable alternative of similar category and value.


2. Pricing & Availability

  • All prices displayed on our website or provided by our representatives are subject to availability.

  • Prices may change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.

  • Flight fares, hotel inventory, transport services, and activity availability are controlled by third-party suppliers.

  • Promotional offers may have specific conditions and limited validity periods.

  • Duplicate or fraudulent bookings made through multiple channels may be cancelled without refund.


3. Payments

  • Payments must be completed within the specified time frame communicated during booking.

  • Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of the reservation.

  • Applicable taxes, service charges, and supplier fees may be added to the final booking amount.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy and supplier terms.


4. Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate personal information.

  • Carrying valid travel and identification documents.

  • Obtaining required visas, permits, and health certificates.

  • Following local laws, customs, and regulations.

  • Respecting fellow travelers, guides, hotel staff, and local communities.

Destination Cart reserves the right to remove a traveler from any trip without refund if their conduct:

  • Creates safety concerns.

  • Causes disruption to other travelers.

  • Damages property.

  • Violates local laws or regulations.

  • Involves abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.


5. Damage to Property

Travelers shall be responsible for any damage caused to:

  • Hotels

  • Resorts

  • Vehicles

  • Campsites

  • Equipment

  • Partner properties

Any repair, replacement, cleaning, or compensation costs arising from such damage shall be borne directly by the traveler.

Normal wear and tear will not be charged.


6. Personal Belongings

Destination Cart is not responsible for:

  • Lost luggage

  • Stolen items

  • Damaged belongings

  • Lost travel documents

  • Cash or valuables

Travelers are advised to secure personal belongings at all times and obtain appropriate travel insurance.


7. Behaviour Policy

The following conduct may result in immediate termination of participation without refund:

  • Dangerous or reckless behavior

  • Driving or riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs

  • Ignoring safety instructions

  • Harassment or misconduct toward other travelers

  • Disturbing public order

  • Possession of prohibited substances or illegal items

Destination Cart reserves the right to take appropriate action to ensure the safety and comfort of all participants.


8. Third-Party Services

Destination Cart acts as a travel booking and facilitation platform.

We do not own, operate, manage, or control:

  • Airlines

  • Hotels

  • Resorts

  • Transportation providers

  • Activity operators

  • Cruise lines

  • Other third-party suppliers

Accordingly:

  • We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or quality of third-party services.

  • Supplier policies and terms may apply separately.

  • Any dispute regarding third-party services must be addressed directly with the respective supplier.


9. Medical Fitness

By booking travel services through Destination Cart, travelers confirm that they are physically and mentally fit to participate in their chosen trip.

Travelers are responsible for:

  • Seeking medical advice where appropriate.

  • Carrying required medications.

  • Informing service providers of any relevant medical conditions.

Destination Cart shall not be liable for health complications, injuries, illnesses, allergic reactions, or medical emergencies occurring during travel.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Destination Cart shall not be liable for:

  • Flight delays or cancellations

  • Hotel overbookings

  • Travel interruptions

  • Natural disasters

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Political unrest

  • Government restrictions

  • Pandemics or epidemics

  • Strikes or labor disputes

  • Accidents during transportation or activities

  • Theft, loss, or damage of personal belongings

  • Injury, illness, or death arising from travel-related activities

Participation in travel and adventure activities involves inherent risks which travelers voluntarily accept.


11. Force Majeure

Destination Cart shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performing obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Floods

  • Earthquakes

  • Fires

  • Acts of war

  • Terrorism

  • Government actions

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Public health emergencies


12. Complaints & Grievances

If you encounter any issue during your trip, you should immediately notify:

  • The hotel or service provider

  • Your tour coordinator

  • Destination Cart customer support

Complaints reported after completion of travel may limit our ability to investigate and resolve the matter.


13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Destination Cart website, including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and software, is the property of Destination Cart or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.


14. Changes to Terms

Destination Cart reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on the website.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.


15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Destination Cart, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, expenses, or legal costs arising from:

  • Violation of these Terms & Conditions

  • Misconduct during travel

  • Incorrect information provided by you

  • Violation of applicable laws

  • Infringement of third-party rights


16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction in Delhi, India.
